NEW FOR 2012 - Qualification cards are issued free of charge from the Equifest Office and signed in the ring by the Judge or Steward. Please apply to the Equifest Office giving your name and postal address and we will send the card(s) to you. One card per horse/pony is required and these should be sent in with the entries for Equifest. Exhibitors do NOT have to be members of Equifest to either compete in the qualifying shows or to enter the Championship class at Equifest.
Equifest is delighted to announce the RSPCA / PRP Rescue Horse / Pony classes for 2012. These classes are intended to raise the awareness to the number and type of rescue horses/ponies and to highlight the very succesful careers that they go on to enjoy in all aspects of the equine world - including showing. For 2012, there will be one in hand and one ridden Rescue Horse/Pony class. Entrants will be required to include a history of how the horse/pony came to be rescued and points will be given accordingly. If there are sufficient entries, the classes will be divided according to type or height. These classes have been very generously sponsored by PRP Horsebox Rescue. There will be no entry fee and generous prize money and rosettes/sashes will be awarded. The championship for these classes will take place during the Saturday Evening Performance. Full details on these classes will be in the schedule. These classes are open to all Rescue Horses/Ponies from any recognised Animal Welfare Society.

The revised 2012 Timetable is now on the Equifest website - under "Schedules" - together with the confirmed Judges.
Stable bookings will NOT be accepted until March 2012. Schedules and stabling forms will be sent out to all Equifest Sponsors, Members and 2011 Exhibitors in March.
